Here is how EWA’s estate planning service is structured.
EWA is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal services. All legal work is performed by a licensed estate planning attorney. Your documents are drafted and executed by EWA Estate Planning, a separate entity from EWA, LLC.
Before any legal work begins, you sign an engagement letter directly with the law firm. EWA pays the law firm’s fees for the estate planning work coordinated through this service. You receive no separate legal invoice and no hourly bills.
From there, EWA’s role is design, coordination, and ongoing review. Your team gathers your information, coordinates drafting and execution with the attorney, audits titling and beneficiary designations, and keeps your plan current as your life and the law change.
The information presented is for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal or tax advice.
